You can put the power of P. pastoris into your laboratory with a complete Pichia Expression Kit or with individual Pichia expression vectors. Three Pichia Expression Kits are available, each of which includes vectors, P. pastoris strains, reagents for transformation, sequencing primers, media, and a comprehensive manual （Table 3）.
